ATS Coordinator – Haugesund

Introduction

Work Location: Haugesund
Contract Period: ASAP – 30.09.2022

Function

• Installation supervision/assistance including Start-Up. Preservation. Repair work and modifications.
Commissioning assistance. Material Supply (Spares, testing materials, special tools etc.)
• Coordinating all ATS services including The Mechanical Completion, Engineering and Commissioning plan for ATS use
• Establishing a Budget for ATS
• Initiate the Supplier Call-off based on necessary signatures and documentation
• Provide necessary documentation where assistance to supplier is needed
• Make sure that reporting to authorities including the SFU – Sentralskattekontoret for Utenlandssaker – Central Office
of Foreign Tax Affairs is done
• HMS courses and local information for the Supplier Representative
• Reports, Timesheets, Cost Reporting, Invoice check and approval
• Close-out/Documentation

Requirements

Required Education:
• Master or Bachelor within technical or commercial topics. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal qualifications.

Required Work Experience:
• Previous experience with Aibel as an ATS coordinator

Required Qualifications:
• Ability to work independently and thorough as well as ability to work in team
• Multidiscipline understanding
• Good communication skills
• Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
• Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others
• Communicate well in English – both oral and in writing. Good knowledge in Norwegian is also Preferred
