Function
- Develop and review Commissioning test procedures for assigned and other systems.
- Contribute to Plant Start-up and Performance test procedures.
- Help create governing documents and work instructions for the execution phase.
- Define temporary systems, tools, consumables, and first fills.
- Evaluate commissioning and operational spares.
- Provide input on plans and budgets. Participate in design reviews, vendor FATs, and inspections.
- Prepare Commissioning scope and work packages in PCS. Execute loop tests and system punch-out, and handle MC handover.
- Perform commissioning tasks according to plans and report progress.
- Manage changes (SWCR, queries, documents) and system take-over activities.
- Supervise start-up tests and vendor personnel within your group.
Requirements
- Technical or Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience can compensate for lack of education.
- Good knowledge of work processes within the discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience from EPC processes, particularly in New Build/Renewables segments.
- Proficient in MIPS, MS Office 365, PCS (Pims, ProCoSys), and Autodesk Simulate.
- Strong problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Honesty and integrity are essential.
