Contract administrator – Corporate Procurement – Lysaker

Introduction

Start date: asap
Duration: 1 year with possibility of extension

Function

  • The candidate will handle call offs on existing frame agreements, creating PO’s in SAP, facilitate in developing strategies, preparing ITT (invitation to tender) documents, supplier meetings, negotiations, finalizing contract, etc.
  • The candidate will work with contracts within all departments

Requirements

  • Proactive, hands-on and positive
  • The candidate needs to have good experience within the procurement process and contract administration, familiar with SSA (statens standardavtaler)
  • It is a benefit if the candidate has experience from working with IT contract and procurement processes
