Gas compressor / turbo machinery specialist – Fornebu

Introduction

Location: Fornebu
Duration: 01.08.2022 – 31.12.2023

Function

  • Act as package responsible engineer (PRE) in FEED for gas compressors incl.
  • technology evaluations, specifications, bid evaluation, purchase order placement,
  • supplier coordination and follow-up,
  • coordination of internal disciplines,
  • interaction with procurement and client, testing
  • mechanical completion activities.

Requirements

  • We are looking for a specialist mechanical PRE with Substantial experience within the field turbo machinery, gas compressors and drivers in specific.
  • Candidates must have long relevant experience (15+ years) from the oil and gas industry, and must have been responsible for turbo machinery in FEED and/or execution phase in offshore oil & gas projects recently.
  • Education: BSc / MSc Mechanical
  • Experience in Proarc is preferred
  • Fluent in English
