Interface Manager – Asker

Work Location: Asker
Duration: ASAP – 31.12.2025
Function
• Arrange interface meetings to facilitate discussions and common understanding of requirements and expectations
• Development of interface agreements that define in detail the battery limits for the scope of work
• Actively seek to achieve a climate of co-operation between interfacing parties
• Ensure interface information is gathered and distributed according to schedule
• Monitor that interfaces are in accordance with project/contract scope of work
• Identify external interface requirements and supply timely information with agreed quality
• Monitor interfaces status and ensure interfaces are closed according to agreed dates
• Status meetings and -reporting
Requirements
Required Education:
Bachelor, Master Degree or relevant technical education
Required Work Experience:
• Minimum 6 years’ experience from relevant design activities in oil and gas
• Good knowledge of interface work
• Multidiscipline knowledge
• Background within system disciplines (not required, but is useful)
• Previous experience with interface in O&G projects
Required Qualifications:
• The system used to handle interfaces is PIMS interface module – training will be given
• Have good communication skills
• Have a cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment
• Ability to work independently as well as in team
• Be systematic and accurate
• Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
• Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others
• Fluent English and preferably Norwegian skills – both orally and in writing
