HR Coordinator

Dovre Group is pleased to offer the following opportunity of HR Coordinator in Oakbank, Manitoba

Start Date: ASAP

Description

  • HR support for the HRM Processing HR transactions in the HR systems
  • Benefits enrolments for new hires
  • Working with HRM to create and communicate policies and procedures
  • Updates for employees – salary, job titles, etc
  • Supports with recruitment processes and onboarding
  • Responsible for handling HR documents and record keeping
  • Supports in handling HR social events, meetings, etc.
  • Backup for the HRM on HR matters whenever the HRM is not available
  • Respond to questions from employees and managers
  • Any other HR operational/administrative responsibilities assigned by the HRM

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of HR administration experience with a certificate/diploma in HR preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer service focused
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Experience in recruitment
  • Payroll experience would be an asset
