Description
Within HSE team focusses on the Safety, Health and Environment and to strengthen our team we are looking for a Transformation Manager SHE.
Aufgaben/ Your Tasks:
• Setting up and managing of the Project Team Transformation Safety, Health & Environment Offshore
• Definition of work packages (incl. the main deliverables) and steering the progress of the work packages
• Implementation of a SHE Management System Offshore (especially ensuring availability of the needed content)
• Ensuring a suitable SHE organization within the units (task split, interfaces, etc.)
Requirements
• You have a degree (University/FH) in security- and/or environmental technology or comparable
• You have gained profound knowledge and relevant professional experience in an international environment and employee leadership
• You have strong management capabilities with SHE experiences. Management skills are needed the most in this case
• You are solution orientated and handling different stakeholders is easy for you
• A high degree of assertiveness, commitment and initiative are self-evident for you
• You were able to already gain versatile experiences in project management
• You are able to work and live in Europe ( EU Residence)
• Good verbal and written expressiveness in English is a must, German and or Dutch are a plus.
• The occupational medical qualification for offshore work (AWMF-standard), mobility together with a driver's-license (B) complete your profile
• You are in possession of a Driving license
• Willing to travel on a regular basis since travel between Netherlands and Germany is required
