Management Assistant – Oslo


Duration: 01.02.24 – 31.12.24

Location: Oslo


– Support Nordics Management in daily business with travel booking, expenses, meeting – planning and other administrative tasks

– Coordination of Innomotics Nordics Marketing and branding activities based on requirements from IN NO management and sales (also for Hydrogen business) incl. alignment with HQ marketing department

– Planning of customer events as exhibitions, partner meetings, sales meetings etc. (both in own geographical area and out of Nordic) (ONS, Local exhibitions, SPS, Hannover)

– Administration of signature mandates and address lists for tall Nordic countries

– Planning of all Internal social activities

– Setting up Nordics Townhall meetings

– Follow up MoM’s from Mngm meetings and Board Meetings

– Assisting in setting up Board meetings

– Distribution and follow up on incoming messages and requirements from the local authorities via the electronic platforms

– Assist in developing presentations

– Coordinating common activities
