Dovre Group’s Annual Report 2015 has been published. In 2015, the Group’s net sales were EUR 115.9 million and EBITDA excluding non-recurring items EUR 1.5 million. The Group’s operating result was EUR -0.9 million. Project personnel business accounted for 94% and consulting for 6% of the Group’s net sales. Dovre Group employs around 700 people worldwide.
“The main event of 2015 was the merger with NPC, which was completed in May. The merger made us market leader in Norway and gave us a strong position in the Asia Pacific. We are now stronger and more international and can better serve clients and consultants on a global scale”, says Patrick von Essen, the Group’s CEO.
“While the global megatrends – population growth, urbanization, increasing project complexity and outsourcing – support our business in the long term, in the short term our traditional market in upstream oil and gas remains challenging. Our response is diversification and cost efficiency. We continue to serve the world’s leading companies in their most demanding projects – and the feedback continues to be positive. I wish to extend my deepest gratitude to each employee, each project consultant and each Dovre Club member for your valuable contribution in 2015!”
