Dovre Group will focus on offering project advisory services and project personnel to owners of large projects. The revised strategy targets sales of 200 MEUR and an operating profit of 10 MEUR in 2019.
The global market for project management services and project personnel is currently challenging. We have strengthened our sales team and managed to grow in the present market downturn. Looking ahead, we believe global megatrends including population growth, urbanization and outsourcing continue to drive growing long-term demand for our services. Dovre Group’s current main markets – Norway, Canada and the United States – are strong economies. We can grow significantly both in our home markets and internationally with our current clients. In addition, we intend to develop new strategic client relationships.
We will continue to expand our client base beyond oil and gas. Furthermore, we will continue improving our work processes and systems to better leverage economies of scale. Dovre Club, our global community of project professionals, is growing rapidly and increasing our global reach every day. We will achieve business synergies by enhancing co-operation between our business units and across business areas.
