Dovre Group will spin off and incorporate its Finnish ICT and Project Management function

Dovre Group will spin off and incorporate its Finnish ICT and Project Management function to a new company, Proha Oy (the Company). Dovre Group will own 100% of the Company, which will start operations April 1st, 2019. All current staff will transfer to the new Company as old employees.

The aim is to form an efficient and focused ICT/Project Management company with its own identity and growth plans. The name Proha Oy has a long history in the Finnish Project Management world. The company will seek opportunities via joint ventures and mergers with other Finnish companies operating in the same business disciplines. Proha Oy currently offers training and consulting services for Microsoft solutions e.g. Microsoft Project Online and SharePoint as well as for Safran Software Solutions’ Safran Project product family.
Proha Oy has its own software products. Freshly launched Intelli R, which is intended for municipalities and public sector for their project and multi-project financial management and Camako EPM, which is designed for project, project portfolio and resource management. Additionally, Proha Oy offers a vast number of product independent consulting and training services for all aspects of project management.

Dovre Group’s Project Personnel business in Finland will continue with the name Dovre Group.

Proha Oy will report to Consulting business area. Dovre Group’s Project Personnel will report to Project Personnel business area.
