Work Location: Bergen
Contract Period: 01.08.2021 – 31.12.2024
• Manage and co-ordinate procurement activities and deliverables of assigned bulk procurement packages
• Establish commercial input to package strategy
• Coordination with engineering
• Prequalification of suppliers and issue of inquiries
• Bid evaluation and negotiation
• Purchase Order placement
• Follow up of deliveries and progress monitoring
• Logistics and material availability simulations
• Freight forwarding and receipts control
Skills and Levels Description:
Knowledge of supply chain management, negotiation skills, T&C’s, MIPS, TIME and mMobiz.
Minimum BSc but experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
Required Language Skills: Norwegian
Required Software Skills: MIPS
Top Evaluation Criteria: Experience PRB bulk
