Contract Period: 04.06.2021 – 31.12.2023

Function

• Manage and co-ordinate procurement activities and deliverables of assigned Procurement Packages
• Establish and maintain the procurement budget
• Establish supplier bidders lists and conduct market analysis
• Establish package strategies and criticality assessments in line with project and business unit objectives
• Prequalification of suppliers and issue of inquiries
• Bid evaluation and negotiation
• Purchase Order placement
• Follow up of deliveries and progress monitoring
• Material release
• Freight forwarding and receipts control

Requirements

Skills and Levels Description:
• Commercial mindset
• Strong work ethics
• Proactive attitude

Education:
• Bachelor/master, men relevant arbeidserfaring kan kompensere for dette

Required Language Skills:
• Norwegian
•English

Required Software Skills:
•Microsoft
•TIME
•MIPS

Top Evaluation Criteria:
•Experience within SCM (similar role)
•Commercial mindset
•Negotiation skills
•T&C’s
