Procurement Expert – Stavanger

Introduction

Work Location: Stavanger
Duration: ASAP – 3 years

Function

• Responsible for “day-to-day” procurement activities under the Project
• Contracting strategies
• Implement, execute and manage procurement activities
• Lead and execute tender processes
• Monitor processes, framework and KPI’s as well as overall performance
• Close liaison with Contractors and Suppliers

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Technical/commercial (logistics)/Legal, min bachelor degree
• Relevant project experience (offshore development)
• EPC(I) contract management
• Min 3-5 years in similar position with oil services company / operator on NCS
• Experience with Procurement systems management ERP-systems and other tools
• Fluent in Norwegian / English
• Supply chain warehouse / logistics

• Solution oriented with technical understanding
• Commercial mindset
• Preference for IT related software and tools
• No issue with extensive travelling
