Introduction

Work Location: Bergen 
Duration: ASAP – 31.12.23

Function

• Time recording and support to installation personnel
• Check recorded hours for deviations
• Cross check hours for payroll and invoicing
• Invoicing
• Allocating personnel to projects
• Check travel expenses

Requirements

Required Education:
• Bachelor
• Good knowledge of excel and word
• Experience with SAP is a bonus, but not requirement

Required Work Experience:
• 1 – 2 years – recent graduates will also be considered

Required Qualifications:
• Ability to work under high pressure and towards deadlines
• Ability to work independently
• Team player
• Structured
• Generally
