Project HSSE Manager – Tranby

Introduction

Work Location: Tranby
Duration: 31.01.2023 – 31.01.2025

Function

  • Develop and execute HSSE plans and risk management processes in project execution
  • Have a lead role in the development of project HSSE procedures and ensure HSSE is embedded in operational procedures
  • Assure that all HSSE activities for the project are planned, organized and executed accordingly to the project requirements
  • Be a key focal point between projects and with teams in manufacturing
  • Conduct verification activities of project HSSE performance within portfolio such as reviews, audits, data analysis and management reviews
  • Ensure all HSSE elements in the Project Execution Model are completed to pass gate reviews
  • Perform Safety Behavioral Index tours, HSSE inspections and task assurance of manufacturing activities
  • Be an active participant in incident investigations, implementing corrective and preventative actions while recording the process in Synergi
  • Focus on embedding HSSE throughout the throughout the value chain to ensure the project can meet business and HSSE objectives
  • Contribute to project chemical management (registration in Chess)

Requirements

  • Candidate must be located in Norway, or have a valid work permit
  • Knowledge of HSSE management systems and processes
  • Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry is advantageous
  • Analytical, Meticulous and Precise mindset
  • Hands-on, independent and creative
  • Ability to work in multiple projects and balance simultaneous deadlines
  • Capacity to work in multi-functional teams
  • Proficient user of Microsoft, Share Point, Teams utilities and proficient in digital tools and solutions
  • English as fluent with Norwegian or Polish advantageous
  • Education: Bachelor graduation in Science or Engineering
  • Software skills: Microsoft, Synergi
