Senior Welding Engineer / IWE – Stavanger

Introduction

Work Location: Stavanger
Duration: ASAP – 30.06.2023

Function

  • Perform welding related activities in the engineering phase of detail-projects
  • Quality control of work-preparation for prefab and installation
  • Establish and maintain welding procedures
  • Coordinate with installation resources

Requirements

  • IWE certified
  • NS477 / IWI-S + VT cert
  • Experienced Welding engineer (IWE) with minimum 6 years extensive experience from topside modification projects in the North Sea.
  • For both process piping and structural steel.
  • Knowledge to Norsok og DnV codes.
  • Teamplayer and be able to work independently.
  • Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English
