SPIR Koordinator – Stavanger

Duration: 01.03.23 – 31.12.24
Function
The candidate will be responsible for implementing a SPIR process in Projects.
This role includes frequent interface towards suppliers, project organisation and customer and be responsible for spare part deliveries.
The role shall ensure that the spare parts lists is of right quality, codification is done according to coding standards, creating/updating BOM in SAP as well as setting Min/Max Stock Levels in SAP.
Commissioning, capital and operational spares evaluation, requisition and other activities for procurement.
Requirements
We think you should have some of the following:
Do you have Master, Bachelors or technical education?
Experience with spare parts coordination (SPIR) and material management.
Good general knowledge about offshore equipment (multidiscipline)
Experience from CMMS systems like SAP or similar
Be able to facilitate and lead meetings, be well organised and structured in working methods.
Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English and team player
Languages
Must have;English,Native or bilingual proficiency
