Well work supervisor – Offshore


Work location: Offshore
Duration: ASAP – 03.11.2022


* Manage, plan and co-ordinate the work according to approved programmes and procedures. Verify that activities are carried out in such a manner that they safeguard the health, safety and integrity of all personnel
* Initiate process for deviation if and when required. Report all accidents or situations of potential hazard
* Supervise and monitor the work performed by the rig and service personnel during operations for which he is accountable for . Ensure sufficient supervision during all critical operations
* When not request offshore, support onshore completion team in preparing plans, design and DOP’s for completion and workover reports
* Undertake daily morning report calls together with DSVto D&C Supt & onshore team
* Help DSV to prepare the daily drilling report. Prepare and approve Feed-Back reports
* Accept/approve contractors’ work documentation on a daily basis on his area of responsibility. Request equipment, materials and services to the rig in a timely manner according to the approved contracts, and verified checklists. Initiate Lesson Learned process
* Ensure knowledge transfer to Well Site Drilling Engineers
* Verify and approve Field Ticket Services and Job Report as per competence


* Graduate Engineer preferred, 10 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience 5 years of offshore experience if attended specific training/school in completion and drilling operations
* Slickline, Wireline and Coiled tubing operations
* Completion and ESP operation
* Subsea Well re-entry
* Standards: Experience of design and operations under prevailing Norwegian standards and particularly NORSOK D010, D01, M01, OLF017, etc. and Eni STAP
* Software: Landmark Drilling Suite, Peloton WellView
