LCI Coordinator – Stavanger

Introduction

Work Location: Stavanger
Duration: 02.04.24 – 28.02.26

Function

  • Ensure a timely and coordinated execution of identified LCI activities
  • Monitor and report LCI progress against LCI milestones
  • Assist PRE in BCM and kick-off meetings with Suppliers
  • Verify LCI handover prior to RFC/RFO
  • Verify final LCI deliverables prior to handover to Client
  • Registration and follow-up of both Supplier & Engineering documentation
  • Advise project personnel of the document management/LCI requirements

Requirements

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (any field) or minimum 5 years working experience within LCI/Document Control

Required Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas or related industry

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of international codes and standards
  • Competence in Engineering tag information systems Procosys & STID
  • Competence in document management systems ProArc & STID
  • Good command of both Norwegian and English languages
  • Familiar with EqHub
  • Proactive and service minded
