LCI Coordinator – Stavanger
Introduction
Work Location: Stavanger
Duration: 02.04.24 – 28.02.26
Function
- Ensure a timely and coordinated execution of identified LCI activities
- Monitor and report LCI progress against LCI milestones
- Assist PRE in BCM and kick-off meetings with Suppliers
- Verify LCI handover prior to RFC/RFO
- Verify final LCI deliverables prior to handover to Client
- Registration and follow-up of both Supplier & Engineering documentation
- Advise project personnel of the document management/LCI requirements
Requirements
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (any field) or minimum 5 years working experience within LCI/Document Control
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas or related industry
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of international codes and standards
- Competence in Engineering tag information systems Procosys & STID
- Competence in document management systems ProArc & STID
- Good command of both Norwegian and English languages
- Familiar with EqHub
- Proactive and service minded
