Function
We are looking for a Master Data Management Specialist to join our Data Governance team and support our digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
– Analyse business requirements and processes related to master data management, data quality, data governance and data integration.
– Design, develop and implement master data solution – using Profisee or other commonly used MDM tools.
-Ensure data quality across different data domains and systems.
-Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, data stewards and data custodians to define and maintain data standards, policies, and rules.
-Reporting of relevant metrics.
-Perform and support data migration, cleansing, enrichment, and validation activities.
-Provide training and guidance to end users on master data management best practices and tools.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
-At least 3 years of experience in master data management, data quality, data governance and data integration projects
-Strong knowledge of Profisee or other master data management tools
-Experience or informed about how Master Data Management can align with Data Mesh principles and Data Product thinking.
-Experience in oil and gas industry and familiarity with relevant data domains (e.g. equipment, materials, vendors, customers, etc.)
-Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
