Introduction

Function
Ensure adherence to the project execution model and schedule.
Focus on HSSE, quality, and improvement within budget constraints.
Drive financial results for both the client and our company.
Prioritize functional design solutions for system functionality, HSSE, and cost reduction.
Conduct milestone reviews with a focus on execution.
Implement corrective actions as needed and agreed upon.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
5-10 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated commitment to strong work ethics and proactive problem-solving.
In-depth understanding of Norwegian legislation and standards.
Fluent communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
Customer-focused with extensive experience in project leadership.
Possesses a commercial mindset and can work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
Ability to identify and implement solutions while meeting customer needs, known for accuracy, adaptability, and strong organizational abilities.
