Team Assistant – Bergen

Function
– Supporting the General Site Manager / Commercial Site Manager in administering site office relevant documentation, e.g. tracking of status list, filing contracts & correspondence, technical drawings and other documents
– Coordination with local subcontractors, day to day correspondences for their relevant contracts, supporting administrative issues such as planning for accommodation, car fleet or any other
– Check and approval of local subcontractors’ progress- and other invoices together with the Commercial Site Manager
– Supporting General Site Manager / Commercial Site Manager in managing local insurance cases, supporting site team in creating the relevant documentation (damage claim, report, pictures, etc.)
– Implementation of a local storage concept for site office relevant equipment and material (e.g. office material, PPE equipment, etc.)
HOW:
Supporting Project finances
– Supporting the Commercial Site Manager in financial affairs, such as asset management, progress invoicing, forecasting Supporting Insurance cases & Compliance Standards
– Support the General Site Manager / Commercial Site Manager in implementing processes and workflows to guarantee effective handling of insurance cases and fulfilment of any legal or labour law relevant matters Supporting project team
– Cooperates closely with Site Office team
– Supports Commercial Back Office team
