Function

Job Purpose

To serve as the Contract Proponent representative in the development and administration of contracts in the assigned organization.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide complex technical advice and support to contract proponents from the conception of contract service requirements through the execution of a contract to the termination of the contract or service requirements.
  • Direct and participate in the development of engineering and financial studies that establish feasibilities for contract services and evaluation for alternatives that may be technical, financial and/or procedural/administrative.

Architectural Engineer (Offshore) – Reading

Job Purpose

The candidate must lead, review, assess and manage scope of works of the allocated FEED package under the direction of their delegated Senior Project Engineers and Project Manager. The candidate must also review, participate, guide and manage FEED Contractor in developing the scope of works as defined in various Work Entity Releases (WER’s) relevant to FEED phase.

Key Responsibilities and duties

  • Supervision of architectural design, production of industrial & non-industrial buildings for onshore facilities and accommodation modules for offshore facilities
  • Responsible to plan and conduct independent work requiring judgement in evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures and criteria
  • Review drawings, specifications and calculations and monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, acceptable engineering practices, standards and safety requirements.
  • Follow-up of Contractor(s) to ensure deliveries in line with scope of work, budget and schedule. Provide Contractor(s) with input, clarifications and maintain contact as necessary.
  • Analyze disputed items from technical and contractual aspects and prepare official response
  • Responsible for processing and following up change order requests. Preparing required Justification Work Sheet, Issuing Change Order request to Contractor and lead scope alignment process with Contractor

Process Engineer – Reading

Function

The candidate will be assigned under Gas Facilities Division. The candidate should have past experience in NGL/Gas related projects.

Job Purpose

The Process Engineer is responsible for leading and overseeing the process design activities and ensuring

delivery of the process design package(s) / engineering deliverables to meet the expected quality and standards.

Shall coordinate various aspects of the process engineering including design, interdisciplinary support, planning,

inspection and procurement.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Follow up on process engineering activities with contractor and resolving critical engineering issues affecting the engineering progress.

  • Review of critical project design documents and drawings such as design basis PFD and P&ID, produced by the contractor and the vendors.

  • Provide process technical expertise and support to all aspects of process engineering associated activities including multidisciplinary support.

  • Understand and ensure project compliance with project scope, company standards and specifications.

  • Ensure Project internal and external interfaces i.e. with Licensors, vendors and Contractors as required

  • Participate in HAZOP/LOPA/SIL and other safety related-studies and analysis.

  • Participate in 3D design and model reviews as required.

  • Ensure proper design reviews during 30%, 60% and 90%, meeting company requirements, standards and procedures.

  • EPC/FEED Design of blast resistant buildings.
  • EPC/FEED Design of compressor/table top, pumps and similar types of machine foundations.
  • EPC/FEED Design of Equipment foundations like exchangers, coolers, process columns, steel stacks, horizontal vessels, pipe supports.
  • EPC/FEED Design of specialist structures like chimneys, natural draught cooling towers, pre-stressed bridges, arch bridges.
